Folklore workshops

The folklore workshops, held in kindergartens and community centers, are how we engage children in folk singing, folk dancing, and learning about the different folk regions and the customs practiced in each one. By participating in these activities, children develop a sense of pride in their own heritage while also gaining a deeper understanding of diverse cultural traditions. This approach encourages respect for diversity and helps strengthen social bonds within the community.

As part of the workshop, every child receives a set of beautifully illustrated playing cards, featuring pictures of traditional customs, attire, holidays. These cards not only serve as a fun and educational tool but also reinforce what they’ve learned, sparking curiosity and conversations at home with their families.

Our workshops make a lasting impact by immersing children in cultural traditions, fostering an appreciation for their roots and those of others. By giving them tangible ways to explore and remember these lessons, we inspire the next generation to carry forward the beauty and richness of their cultural heritage while building a more inclusive and respectful community.
